Eat fresh, clean, whole foods. Buy local.

Get involved with something greater than you: nature, prayer, a movement. 

Find joy in what you do; cope effectively if you can’t.

Approach your friends and neighbors with love. Approach those whom you don’t agree with or understand with more love.

Be your own best friend. Be authentically You.
